Lisa Smit
The birth of L.S. Enterprises was started with Lisa, a visionary and entrepreneur, who through many years of determination and innovation experimented with formulations and ingredients until her efforts were rewarded when she launched her award-winning TheraVine™ range in 2004.

After completing her International Diploma in Cosmetology and Beauty Therapy, Lisa achieved various specialised health and skincare certifications, as well as full membership in the South African Institute of Health and Skin Care Therapists and associated membership in the Society of Cosmetic Chemists of South Africa. Lisa contributes over 20 years of passion within the health and spa industry, her unique ability and skill to create extra-ordinary, unique spa treatment protocols, and her in-depth product knowledge to develop unique product lines accordingly. Lisa is highly regarded in the industry and press for being an innovator and industry leader.
Ilse Vermeulen
Youth Beauty have been building client relationships and supplying top quality brands at competitive prices to the beauty industry in New Zealand since 2006. Specializing in advanced therapies such as IPL and laser, education, skin and body care, managing director and founder, Ilse Vermeulen, has spent over 7 years researching and specializing in advanced technologies like Dermabrasion, Dermal Needling, Paramedical Skincare and Chemical Peels. Understanding that these innovated technologies require specialised training, Youth Beauty New Zealand offers extensive and ongoing training in the correct use of these technologies with special attention paid to educating therapists about the benefits of fusing super anti-oxidants derived from grape cultivars with cutting edge active ingredients at highest percentages to offer result driven face and body treatments. With an extensive network of contacts and relationships worldwide, Ilse is always on the lookout for the latest and most advanced beauty solutions to introduce to her stockists in NZ. We soon realised after discussions that our mission and vision aligned as both companies are inspired by finding new solutions to problems our stockists experience in their businesses and to achieve this vision we believe in building partnerships with our stockists that reach far deeper than just the delivery of equipment and products.
Deni Ewart
Business Development Representative

We are delighted to announce that Deni Ewart has territory manager and Business Development Representative for Youth Beauty – Hawkes Bay, Waikato & Bay of Plenty plus Gisborne.

Deni has over 15 years’ experience in the beauty industry and her passion for skin being at the forefront. Deni specialises in advanced skin treatments, IPL and products to the appearance medicine industry. Despite Deni’s high level of knowledge and experiences; she is incredibly approachable and passionate to teach salon owner’s and staff at a level to benefit their understanding and taking a journey to up skill and advance them. One of Deni’s achievements and highlights in her career was being awarded twice the national top salon retail sales person for Caci clinics. Knowledge and experience Deni is passionate to share to help our clients built successful beauty businesses.
